He founded the company in 2015 to leverage his experience across government and politics in service of the company's clients. Chris began his political career as a campaign fundraiser and quickly became a House and Senate finance director. He also served on Capitol Hill, focusing on outreach and cooperation with the business community. Chris worked closely with US Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid as a member of the Senator's campaign team for many years.
Chris has been an advisor to numerous other national, statewide, and local campaigns.

Eva is a Partner at Sala Consulting, helping chart the direction of the company and overseeing many of its operations. She brings with her over a decade of experience in strategic communications and political strategy, and has successfully led organizations in their digital platforms, operational needs, political strategy, and fundraising efforts. Eva served as Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak’s Finance Director, where she and her team raised over $17 million – more than double the amount of any previous Nevada gubernatorial campaign. Eva continues to lead the firm's service to top Nevada campaigns at the federal, state, and municipal levels.

Prior to joining Sala Consulting, Esther accrued an impressive track record of success on statewide political campaigns in Nevada. She began her career organizing for Vice President Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign, and was quickly promoted to subsequent political roles. Esther swiftly gained respect for her ability and determination to solve complex challenges. Esther is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy.
